Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by clear photographs of both the packaging and the item.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping or provide a replacement where appropriate.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or personalized products

• Commissioned artworks

• Gift cards

• Sale items

• Items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, together with proof of purchase.

This right does not apply to custom-made, personalized, or commissioned products where permitted by applicable law.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Please note that your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, or payment processor may require additional time to process and post the refund.
